TestServiceScope now registers the per-test transaction with DataProvider via AttachAmbientTransaction so production services calling ExecuteInTransactionAsync detect the outer transaction and skip nested begin (defensive cleanup on dispose). Custom IDataProvider implementations are silently no-op via type check. Authentication helpers (JwtTestKey base64/UTF-8 signing key resolver, JwtTestValidation TokenValidationParameters builder with 2-min default clock skew); AddTestFakes extension (TryAdd-based one-line ICacheProvider + IPublishingService<> + CurrentContextUser registration); TestDatabaseMode.Sqlite with SqliteEphemeralContainer per-fixture temp file (production-parity for SQLite services); ServiceTestBase delegates to AddTestFakes (backward compatible). Adds Microsoft.IdentityModel.Tokens dependency. Non-breaking, additive.
